For day 1 in Hua Hin, we had to travel for about 2-3 hours from Bangkok via a van. After getting down and stopping by our new apartment, we headed to the nearby Hua Hin Resort & Mall for a bite.
Finocchiona, Mortadella, Ham, Salami, Coppa
One of my favourite dishes. Pair it with some burrata cheese and you've got a party in your mouth!
Smoked Burrata, Parma Ham, Radices
This was my favourite dish. The burrata was topped with some balsamic vinegar (yes it's not soy sauce, I thought it was that at first AHAHAH), which perfectly balances everything out. Burrata is more to the creamy/milky side than salty, so the salty parma ham was an impeccable match for the cheese.
200 gram Burrata, Zucchini, Eggplant, Mushrooms
Yet another yummy dish from Mozza Mia. The plate was cleared within a couple of minutes!
Overall, Mozza Mia is pretty pricey, but if you're staying in Thailand for a week or so, I think it's worth to give this place a try, for a nice change of food styles.
After lunch, we headed to the night market in the evening. Stay tuned for part 2 of this post~ xoxo
